Cancellation Policy
At The Elevated Lodge, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to balance flexibility for our guests with the ability to maintain operations for this unique retreat destination. Please read the policy carefully before booking your stay.
Standard Reservations
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. However, guests have the option to apply the full booking cost toward a future stay within one year of the original booking date, subject to availability.
Peak Season and Holiday Reservations
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 90 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 45 and 90 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 45 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. Guests may apply 75% of the booking cost toward a future stay within one year, subject to availability.
Force Majeure
If a cancellation occurs due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the guest’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or serious illness), The Elevated Lodge may, at its sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund or allow the guest to reschedule the stay within one year without additional fees. Documentation may be required.
Change of Dates
Guests may request a change of dates up to 30 days before the check-in date for standard reservations or 45 days for peak season/holiday reservations. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new dates fall in a higher rate period.
Security Deposit and Additional Fees
Any cancellation or date change does not affect the refundable security deposit. Deposits will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made, regardless of timing, provided no damages or violations of policy occurred.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@elevatedlodge.com. The date of receipt will determine the applicable refund policy.
