Rental and Damage Policy

Welcome to The Elevated Lodge! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, we have outlined the following rental and damage policies. By booking your stay, you agree to comply with these terms.

Rental Policy

Booking Requirements

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking.

All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.

Occupancy Limits

The maximum occupancy of The Elevated Lodge is 12 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior written approval will result in additional fees or possible termination of the rental agreement.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 4 p.m.

Check-out: 11 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability. Fees may apply.

Use of Property

The Elevated Lodge is intended for use as a retreat for remote workers and teams. Large parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the occupancy limit are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.

Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition during their stay.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect neighbors and wildlife by keeping noise levels to a minimum during this time.

Damage Policy

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and will be collected at the time of booking.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if no damages, policy violations, or excessive cleaning fees are assessed.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for all damages to the property, furnishings, or amenities caused by their group during their stay.

If damages occur, guests must notify the host immediately to facilitate repairs.

Damages and Charges

Costs for repairs, replacement of damaged items, or additional cleaning required due to negligence will be deducted from the security deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, the primary renter will be billed for the remaining balance.

Inspection

The property is inspected before and after each stay. Documentation of any pre-existing issues will be provided prior to check-in.

Unapproved Alterations

Guests may not move, disassemble, or alter furniture, electronics, or other property features without prior approval. Additional fees may apply for restoring items to their original condition.

Prohibited Activities

No smoking or vaping

Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside The Elevated Lodge. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

No pets

Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted. Additional fees and conditions may apply.

No open flames inside the property

Open flames are prohibited inside the property.

Liability

Liability Disclaimer

The Elevated Lodge is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of property during your stay. Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and secure personal belongings.
